Ok, Mister Wizard, answer me this question, where in the FCC
rules
or
a
FCC decision does it state that an information bulletin can not
be
opinionated??? please quote it from rule or statement from the
FCC.
You say I'm in violation of federal law so please enlighten me
which
laws am I in violation of?
Once you have tainted "information" with individual opinion, it
is
no longer information, but editorial.
Tell it to Dan Rather.
Oh...You mean the SMAE Dan Rather that's humuiated himself lately
by "going live" with "stories" that were unsubstantiated and patently
false on the face of it?
FCC rules and regulations allow for the transmission of
bulletins
of general interest to the Amateur service.
Your "bulletins", made up of YOUR "opinion", do not meet the
test
of "general interest.
Explain, with citations.
No citation needed. Just spend a semester in a Freshman
journalism class.
Todd can broadcast his "shows" if he cares to, but just like
K1MAN, he gonna have to eventually face the federal music, Brian..
Don't take my word for it...A former FCC communications lawyer said so
himself in this forum.
There ya go.
