They were missing on 11,820 also until 05:14 and just went off and
on again at 05:15 UTC.

Will they stay up? Very good signal when they are on.

They have been going on and off on 11,820 for a while now.

No problems tonight as far as I have heard. Nothing on their web site
about transmitter problems.
