Do you remember that long column of trucks, tanks and crap heading out
of Kuwait? Those guys are well aware of what Jstars can do. Also,
weather is pretty much a non issue. They can't hide in sandstorms
anymore. Back to the satellite thing. They do not need moving targets
to calculate the speed of a vehicle. If they know the time between
still pictures, they can calculate the vehicle speed. Bottom line, the
old lady was either lying or confused.


Well, that's the key issue obviously. Time. Do these things count in
fractions of a second?
