BZZZZT!! Wrong!!! There is no exam for a restricted radiotelephone
operator permit. It isn't even a license, just a permit. Fill out the
FCC form, send it in, that's all there is to it. Wogie could't pass an
exam in front of an FCC examiner if he tried, especially after Riley and
the FCC spanked him real good for violating FCC regulations. Poor
two-test, having delusions again.
