Does anyone happen to know the discriminator
tap point for an ICOM R-71A ?

I don't know of a reason for obtaining a discriminator output of an HF
receiver, can you explain what this output is for? Several software programs
require it for VHF and there are many websites that describe the location of
unfiltered audio taps to obtain this.
