What I do find very interesting about this is that the seller obviously set a
very high reserve to begin with, which has not yet been met.

Seems to me that in the last year or so R7's were selling for $800 or so let's
say and R7A's commanded the over $1000 price.

I did see an ad on rec.radio.swap for some Drake gear which included an R7 so I
emailed the guy and he told me he was asking $1195 for it with 3 filters and the
NB, which I considered to be over priced.

Guess we'll see in another day or so if this particular one sells outright or
whether he might approach the high bidder.
