My dipole (center) has the usual wire thru a eye bolt and wrapped around
itself like the arrl manual typically shows.
My ladder line transitions to the wire itself and is also wrapped around
questions:
Rather than soldering it, (thought it might be stiff and break??) I used
proper sized wire clamps(w/teeth) [two of them , torqued proper]
wonder if a good compression fit is OK ?
Or will corrosion eventually make this a poor connection?
It's still new enough i could clean it and solder it
Any thoughts? I would hate to throw off harmonics

Split bolts are used by electricians.
If you are concerned about corrosion, wrap the joint with good electrical
tape (rated for outdoor usage - UV and temperature range) - some power
companies do this for outdoor connections subject to corrosion, etc.
