Model HLA300 is solid state Amateur Radio linear w/ Band Pass filters, 13.6v
, requires 5 or 10w choice of drive to get 250-300w depending the band

a little more power so-- bought Icom solid state at twice the power out, 3 x
the price. Can easily add fan(s) for cooling, will provide 1 x 12vdc fan
