And where it says that the station licensee is responsible for
determining if the content complies with the rules, what it means is
that if it doesn't comply, it's the station licensee who gets hit
in the face, not that the station licensee has a free hand to do
whatever s/he wants.

Hello, Phil

A good effort, but your post has a couple of minor problems despite not
having any errors. You use the word "licensee"; I have serious doubts if
most of the flame-fest types understand that term. Besides, a lot of folks
will interpret the rules the way they see fit. I'd love to see someone try
to explain to a judge what the law states. Oh, I'd *love* to be in that
courtroom.

I hope any such individual has deep pockets, not to mention some spare time
