Linear--cheap!...
1) Go to the shipping port closest to you.
2) Find a Russian crewman who can speak english.
4) Negotiate with him.

sail.
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0b) have him put you in contact with a russian company.
6) Pick up you linear and have at it.
... if you wish to purchase a linear from another country--simply choose
the appropriate ship at the port...
Don't be afraid to modify the above steps to suit your purpose(s)....
I won't even mention what can be done at a private airport...
