Ms. Doan Trang. The firm launched 24-hour Vietnamese broadcasts in San Jose,
CA, on KZSJ 1120 AM in 1994. It launched a newspaper in 1996. The short wave
programs, according to Trang, "are trying to promote freedom and human
rights... in Vietnam."
