Radio Shack ceased to be a genuine electronics retail
outlet in the late 80's. (some would argue the mid-70's!)

For all intensive purposes, there is NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER
between Circuit City and Radio Shack for the past several Years.

Both of them sell cheap China made consumer electronics
products of generally questionable quality. In other words
both of them SELL CRAP and JUNK, and I for one will
not miss one or the other in the future. Phoooey on both of em !

Of course mose things are now made in China or SE Asia. There are no
American or EU manufactuers left except in name!!!
