You might mention this is an older edition. Also, while I'd be the first to
admit that Joe Carr probably knows a lot more about RF Design than I do, it's
much more of a "cookbook" than a book with any significant theoretical basis
(such as Hayward's, Orr's or DeMaw's books have); the title is -- IMO -- a
little misleading.
