cool. i see your point right up front. not that i feel something like
this would work in a country as big as the US. i first got wind of this
on the BBC, about a year ago. but, if i remember right, it was to be
a London only deal. i could be wrong, getten old here. i heard the rest
of the story on the beeb last monday. i can see where it would work for
you and my friend. she, being a transplanted american, married to a vary
proper british gent. i'm sure she is following his politics. what party
he is, i don't know. maybe labor. we, like the brits are taxed to death.
too many, excise tax goes back to the spanish american war! so, ya pay
