I wouldn't have thought that mentioning your web site that
happens to have business matter in it on the air if you
didn't mention about the business on the air to be a
violation. But the other stuff is clearly violations.


It's how you mention it. Basically he specifically mentioned going to his
web site to buy things on which he made a profit. If he had simply said
"see the full text of the article on" say a recent FCC ruling that affected
ham radio, it would not have been a problem even if he had an ad right next
to the article.
