I wouldn't have thought that mentioning your web site that
happens to have business matter in it on the air if you
didn't mention about the business on the air to be a
violation. But the other stuff is clearly violations.
It's how you mention it. Basically he specifically mentioned going to his
web site to buy things on which he made a profit. If he had simply said
"see the full text of the article on" say a recent FCC ruling that
affected ham radio, it would not have been a problem even if he had an ad
right next to the article.

The blapster (MAN) has been trying for decades to drag the FCC into Federal
Court. He probably did all of that with that goal in mind.
