(Lord, forgive me for responding) but Gen. 12:2 says "a great nation"

And I would conjecture that it's not J-hating going on, but concerns
about the various atrocities committed in his name. Doesn't seem a bad
fellow in my book, but that dang Paul came along and all Hades broke
loose.

I couldn't resist. I will get back to talking about SW.

You're right - partially! :-)

Gen. 12:2 says, "...a great nation"

Gen. 17:20 says the same for Ishmael. He's talking to Abraham and says
that Ishmael will also be A GREAT NATION. BUT (v. 19) Sarah is to bear
a son [after passing the time of child bearing by many years] whose name
shall be called Isaac and "...I will establish my covenant with him for
an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him."

20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him,
and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve
princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear
unto thee at this set time in the next year.

Ge 21:18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will
make him a great nation.

Ge 46:3 And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go
down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

To Moses God said,

Ex 32:10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against
them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

NOW:

Abraham begat Isaac and Isaac begat Jacob whose name was changed to
Israel. Jacob/Israel begat Joseph who was sold into Egyptian slavery
where be became a great ruler and saved Egypt, and his own family, from
starvation.

In Genesis 48 Jacob/Israel blesses the two children of Joseph and this
is what is said. Pay close attention to verse 19. Some believe that
Joseph's two children became the nations of the United States of America
and Great Britain.

14 And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim’s
head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh’s head,
guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn.

15 And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham
and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day,

16 The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let
my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac;
and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

17 And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the
head of Ephraim, it displeased him: and he held up his father’s hand, to
remove it from Ephraim’s head unto Manasseh’s head.

18 And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this is the
firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head.

19 And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he
also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his
younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a
multitude of nations.

There is MUCH more that could be said here like who really discovered
America and why in New Mexico there's a stone with the Ten Commandments
on it in beautiful flowing ancient Hebrew - not the square boxy letters
currently used.

One might even look up the word Caucasian and see where it came from.

One might also consider the names of many of the places where the "lost"
tribes traveled, their sailing ability, and why someone else might
pretend to "find" America in 1492, many hundreds of years after the
white man was already hear.

Look up "Ica Stones."

Look "Pillar Stone"

Better still, Look up "Pillar Stone" & coronation.

Even better yet, maybe. :-) Look up "Lia Fail Stone" & coronation

Did you know that the Kings & Queens of England have been able to trace
their lineage all the way back to king David, and thus to Jesus Christ?
A study of the above just might reveal that -- and prove the
Scriptures which say that David will not cease to have someone on the
throne until the return of Jesus Christ. For this reason, I predict
that Great Britain will NOT join the EU, because that would probably
require that they relinquish their headship of the country. ....But I
could be wrong. They *may* be able to join the EU and still retain
title to the throne. I just don't see exactly how that can be done.

Goood day!
