It's coming on right now. I just heard the first few notes of their
theme music. Not a bad signal either. Conditions must be improving.

I tried them at 0245 and didn't hear them. If they were being broadcast
via China, as has been suggested, they would be audible on the west
coast, so they're likely being broadcast from a site in Iran.
