Yes, the CCP is dangerous if you live within China. Like all ideological
dictatorships, the CCP heavily oppresses its own people and strives for
regional superiority. If I was in Taiwan, I'd be worried. But the only
way they will pose a threat to the US is if the US actually defends
Taiwan against a Chinese invasion. I doubt this will happen, since China
is so economically important to the US. Besides, all our troops are tied
up in Iraq. We'd likely say to Taiwan "sorry, guys" and there'd be no
more Sangean radios.

But the motives and agenda of the Party isn't what's being debated here.
It's YOUR motives and agenda. I don't make repeated off topic posts
bashing a specific people or country (David bashes the US, you bash
China, Ace bashes everybody).

Oh, by the way, China is the one to worry about, long term.
