Danny boy, there's a BIG difference between me and K1MAN, but you and
your little buddies on here are so stupid that you can't understand.
The main difference is I pick a unused frequency and ask if the
frequency is in use, and if no one answer I use the frequency. There's
the BIG difference, between me and K1MAN, but hey, I'm talking to bunch
of dumb narrow-minded licensed CB operators, who can't look outside the
box. Secondly I don't have any Pecuniary Interest, But stupid people
like forget that although there is a "banned" on Pecuniary Interest,
Some Pecuniary Interest is allowed. For example, A person can order a
pizza on a repeater, or if and a man and wife are both amateur
operators she can call him on the radio and pick something up at the
store. plus if your a club station and run a Information bulletin or
morse code practice 40 hours a week (that's 8 hours a day) can
compensate the control operator, so pecuniary interest is NOT complete
banned from ham radio, but what would you know. Finally, Content, the
FCC is prohibited for controlling the content of any station (47 USC
326) This has been upheld by the court of appeal and the US Supreme
Court. but hey I bunch of cry-baby licensed CB operators who think they
amateur's know. The rule dealing with the content of a Information
bulletin can be found and is codified in 47 CFR 97.3(a)(25) Nowhere in
97.3(a)(25) or 47 CFR 97.111(b)(6) does it state an Information
bulletin have to newscast, it only states that a information bulletin
has to be directed to amateur radio operators, consisting solely of
subject matter of direct interest to the amateur service. But, hey what
would a bunch of half-wit licensed CB operators know.
