Frank:

A good reason to investigate linux, learn about it, become proficient in its
use and gain freedom from microsofts control.

Linux is free... you can download .iso files, burn the OS disks and free
yourself from microsofts control... or, simply pick up a copy at a software
store near you, it is very cheap for the already prepared disks and manual.

Allegedly, eQSO. If true, this could be prosecutable under the Misuse
of Computers Act.

When you activate Win doze XPee it sends details of several pieces of your
hardware to MS to build the activation code. Each time you re-start XPee this
code is checked to see if 'significant hardware changes' have been made.
MS say this is their way of ensuring any XPee disk is only installed on one
PC, but if you don't go along with it you'll find that the XPee set-up that
_YOU_PAID_FOR_ becomes unusable after 90 days.
