* In-betweeners are those "following" the ARRL plan to scrap code
testing for all but Extras, therefore with feetses in both camps.
Also 2 duplicates (Dupes) appeared in August up to 2nd; two more
on 2 Aug are considered in this category because the writers
appear undecided and/or wanting something else not on the Docket.

Note: Submissions made prior to late-night whatever at the FCC
computer are appearing on that date in the next days search
(the software/procedures may have changed since last year). A
listing made at 6 PM Eastern does NOT necessarily contain ALL
Comments made later on that same day. For that reason I will
be monitoring a day behind and allow the current day's contents
to accumulate. This posting's numbers may not be complete as for
2 Aug 05 (99 total, 13 in-betweener, 30 against) but are complete
for the 9 days up to and including 1 Aug 05.

To date, the NCTA:PCTA ratio has shrunk to 261:122 or 2.14:1
ratio. The number of "in-betweener" Comments has increased
markedly over the first week's Comments; someone may be
pumping up the "ARRL plan" behind the scenes so to speak. :-)
More morsemen are joining the fray in August. Stay tuned.
