Steve Robeson DID say that Amateur Radio is about OPERATING the
radio...Something that Lennie Anderson cannot do without the license.
His frequently mentioned GROL is useless for Part 97 operations.
Leonard Anderson lied on federally submitted documents. Right
there on page one.
