Why not just alienate 'em, make 'em frankensteins, find fault, abuse 'em
like we see fit? Create real monsters who harm us and society?

Are you for real? Do you have a purpose in mind?

Is you intent to find an offender and hold him there forever?

What happens when you create an army of 'em, and they end up harming your
friends and family? You going to tell the harmed ones how much you are
going to "punish the bad guys" you created?

It tells of a fellow who had his amateur license set aside because of
unlicensed activity before he obtained his amateur license.
