The one from the latest issue of the ARRL Letter? Todd should read it.
It tells of a fellow who had his amateur license set aside because of
unlicensed activity before he obtained his amateur license.

Asking Todd to read the letter and thereby expecting him to understand it
are two, separate issues.
Comprehension seems to be not be not be viable insofar as Todd is concerned.
