I can see this being $20,000. Friend of mine had one since 1955; I had the
pleasure of using it on AM phone and CW. He sold his in '97 for around 15
grand to pay wife;s medical bills. It was absolutely pristine and a fine
piece of equipment. Collins collectors, indeed, pay premum prices for
KW-1's.
