Perhaps because the ARRL/W1AW actually provide a usable service to

Doesn't matter, Interference, is interference. it doesn't matter if
they are providing a service or not.

It's the receiving station's inerpretation of what "interference"
is.

Obviously a significantly higher number of people consider K1MAN to
be "interference" than they do W1AW. And for good reason.

not at all obvious many possible explainations exist for complaining
about K1MAN and not about W1AW

Read the rules yourself...And try to not drool on them as you do.

I have read the rules and there is a double standard on the definition
of what non-commercial is

Nope.

The ARRL does not refer listeners to it's website for it's paid
services.

K1MAN does.

It really is THAT simple.

It's not vague to anyone except for those Junior D-J types, such as yourself, as to what they are.

No, the one's don't understand are those who try to put more into the
rules then what is here. For example the idea that information
bulletins can be opinionated, yet there is no rule that states that,
nor is there any order from the FCC that states that.

You're the one trying to "...put more into the rules then (sic)
what is here."
