Directly quoting from the article: "On Oct. 4, 2004, Justice and
Williams both pleaded no contest to misdemeanor larceny counts
for theft of the database. Each was sentenced to three years of
probation and 150 hours of community service and ordered to
pay a $1,300 fine."

I guess this is modern ethics.
Radio Laboratory will get ANY of my business.

I had suggested to 2 friends that they send
their DX398 for the super upgrade. I called
and told both that given the clear cut facts,
that the pilot lights would have to be out
in Hell before I would even consider dealing
with them. If he will screw his employer, he
has shown he is a thief, indicated by his guitlty
plea, and hasn't shown a lot of remorse. I hope
his complany flounders and he ends broke
on the street. Maybe he ought to embrace Ebay,
his ethics would sure fit in.
