Went to the local Disabled American Veterans thrift store this afternoon
and
was "shocked" to see a guy walking up to the counter with a nice Panasonic
RF-2200 for $9! I rarely see them at hamfests let alone thrift stores.
Would
of been mine if I would have got there 5 minutes earlier.

Everyone don't dismiss thrift stores as only having clothes and
housewares.
There's good finds to be had.
