entire article crumbles from it's lame foundation. China, Russia, Pakis
and
anyone else will receive adequate assurances from the State Dept (as they
did
for Iraq) and that will be that. They may actually be invited/encouraged
to
lend a hand, but will most likely choose to observe from a distance.
