It's not likely to get fixed by itself. It could be an error at either the
FCC or the VEC. Call both.


I'd call the VEC first since they are the ones who filed the
paperwork.

In the mean time, I assume they issued you a CSCE (Certificate of
Successful Completion of Examination) for all applicable elements. You
didn't mention the 5WPM code test but I assume when you said "all
exams" you meant that too.

If you didn't do the Morse part, Technician is all you will get
for now unless you pass Element 1 within 365 days of the CSCE date, or
unless the FCC rules on 05-235 to allow you to operate without it since
you passed the writtens.

As long as you have the CSCE showing successful completetion of
ALL elements for Extra, and the FCC has issued you a callsign, you can
legally operate with your Extra privileges using the Extra
"identifier", for example "KZ4ZZZ / AE" in Morse or teleprinter, and
"KZ4ZZZ Stroke Alpha Echo" on voice.
