http://www.iba.org.il/reception
is the new Kol Israel frequency page, for both domestic MW/FM and
shortwave. The page was just created last week and is much clearer than
the old one.

For some reason, this evening, I'm getting HTTP 403 (Forbidden) errors
on that website. I emailed them about it. Hopefully it'll be fixed
tomorrow.

As mentioned, http://www.israelradio.org also has the schedule
Besides shortwave:
As others have mentioned, there are also live and recorded
webfeeds available off of http://www.iba.org.il

The REKA, foreign (non-Hebrew) language station website is
http://reka.iba.org.il

REKA broadcasts three out of the four daily English broadcasts. The
fourth one is on Reshet Hey.... the International network.
The website has English news and other information, as well as access
to the live feed.

Other Kol Israel information and more feeds, including a live Reshet
Hey feed to pick up the missing 1900 UTC broadcast:

There are links from there, to Kol Israel audio on wrn.org - ie:

You can listen to Kol Israel English on demand, or via the WRN stream,
using your cellphone and dialing in to the Mobile Broadcast Network.
The service is free, but it'll cost you cellphone time. Details are
available at:

....and yes, the WRN feed on Sirius... or WRN feed on the wrn.org
website...etc
The ways of receiving WRN in North America are listed he
