She cashed a check the bad guys sent her. It was the money to pay
the "Bribes", but the bank notified the FBI about the check because it
was drawn on a bank they were investigating for other cases. Of course,
it later bounced and that was about the time she was arrested. You
should have heard her on TV yammering on that she had only tried to help
the other people, and hadn't done anything wrong. I'll bet her IQ meter
didn't hit 70 most days.
