"he who owns the presses owns the press"...if someone starts up a
moderated newsgroup or list on Yahoo, they "own the press" and can setup
whatever rules they like. I don't bitch about it. If I don't like the
rules I don't join the group. If I want a group with different rules, I
setup one of my own. Pretty simple, actually.
