The reason this note is posted should be clear: frequencies and other
details change frequently, and are quickly obsolete. Several
frequencies have changed just in the past few days.
Additionally, only a very few of these frequencies are currently in
use in the Hurricane Katrina disaster, despite the erroneous title of
the message. The web site offers some currently in-use frequencies.
Please, either credit the site, indicate the source, and date the
