Oh right now a large number of Alabama hams are traveling to the South
Ala/
Mississippi area to set up VHF links between shelters and Red Cross
facilities.

Most to All of the operators are TECHNICIAN CLASS. Probably mostly new
hams to boot. And none are caught up in the BS I have read here. There
actually doing something. I've said it before and I'll say it again...I
am
proud of what the hams are doing. If that is considered bragging, so be
it.

That's right, I am strutting because I'm proud of the Amateur Radio
Operators that are actually helping. I am also hanging my head in disgust
at those like you that belittle and attack those that are.


Yet -AGAIN- your communications deficit (i.e, ignorance) is dripping

anything that hams are doing to help with this disaster. What I -AM-
against is blow-hards like you who can't wait until the bodies are

ask the kid next door to translate it down to a third-grade level so
