As Soon as the Nat Weather Service declared a CAT4 storm on or near NO
pre-loaded FEMA trucks all over the country are supposed to start the
drive to marshalling points at the edge of teh storm area and then
romm forward as soom as the storm passes. 90% of the trusks could be
there in 48 hours.

And they did....my niece works for Fema and was dispatched to
staging points near the storm. That was at least 48 hours prior.

Interesting. Can you name the kind of unit she is in?
