Put your imagination to work for a minute. Just pretend (just for a
moment) that you are an ANG Base Commander. Now just say one of the guys
under your command wasn't quite deserving of an honorable discharge, for
whatever reason. Furthermore, this person's Poppy is a wealthy, highly
connected political big shot.

You're going to give the kid his deserved less than honorable discharge
