blamed the victims of Hurricane Katrina for not avoiding their plight.

" They should get an education and work hard.."

Maybe it'll dawn on Americans that they simply can't afford a
Republican Government, but they can afford an effective Medical,
Welfare and Education System.

Since when did George Bush Jnr have a good education or ever work hard?
He has relied on money and privilege all his life.

Since when did education or working hard save you from a natural
disaster?
