I didn't see it, but that sure sounds more like the "Weekly World
News". In the late fifties/early sixties, yeah - that would have been
the Enquirer. But in the last fifteen or twenty years, the "front page
photos" of a B-17 on the moon, Clinton and an alien arm-in-arm chatting,
the "half boy/half bat" child born in Armpit, Alabama - that has been
the "Weekly World News" usually. Just the covers are great
entertainment while waiting your turn in a crowded checkout lane at the
supermarket.
