right after the R&O ending code testing goes into effect, whcih by my
best guess in the RRAP pool 1 APR 2006, but occour whn it in fact one
that date or a bit later I have the general writen CSSE next time
opertuninty I'll pick up the extra class one and attaen a paper work
session that willscheduled when the FCC publishes the dates on the
Final R&O
