A almost flat swr response with such a small antenna must be a folded T2FD
antenna.

It sounds like someone is trying to sell junk at a high price. Unless the
price is also for the supporting poles. Oxygen-free copper wire sounds like
the HI-FI boys and their Monster Wire are at it again.
