Default Better suppliers

Regarding Universal Radio...

I sent an email sometime a while back to see if they had a certain radio in
stock. I didn't receive an answer after a couple of days so I resent the
email. To this day, I still have not received an answer. I finally decided
to call them up and got some guy on the phone who gave me the impression
that I was interrupting him. This is my first experience with them and I am
not impressed. I would try one of their competitors instead.
