The author does not have a published email adress. I sent a rather scathing
letter to the public editor of the Times, asking him to forward it to
the author of the article.

I receiced an automated response, but nothing from a real person.

It really was a "puff" piece, a combination of press releases
masqerading as a real article. Articles such as this make one question
the quality of the Times as a news source.
