JEDEC book says that's a Ge PNP, 50 mW, -32V BVce, -20 mA Ic max, 2 mA nominal.
hFE of 70 typical, 2 mA Ic nominal. Ft is 700 kc typical. Ge is typically
41 dB (and if you believe that I have a bridge for you). Specified for
military applications with a wider temperature range than usual.
I'd say you can sub a 2N324 or a 2N526 in there without any real change.
These aren't specified for input or output capacitance so if this is
part of a tuned circuit it may require some tinkering to make it happy
with an equivalent.
If it's an audio circuit, I'd just drop in a generic Ge equivalent with
a high enough dissipation and be done with it. Or even drop a silicon
device in there and change the bias resistors.
