Rosa Parks
A church packed with 4,000 mourners celebrated the life of Rosa Parks
She sparked the civil rights movement 50 years ago by refusing to give her
bus seat to a white man; to Washington, where she became the first woman to
lie in honor in the Capitol Rotunda.
At 5 a.m. Wednesday, a military honor guard carefully carried Parks' casket
from the museum into a waiting hearse.
I think they should have put her in the back of a bus to carry her off in
Detroit.
