There seems to be no difference between the both antennas
with the exception the W9INN antenna is set more to the middle of the
phone band for 40 80 and 160 were the Delta A is not .

When I used a push up tower for my inverted V ... I used a stand-off similar
to the IIX SO-1 standoff bracket -- to get the antenna away from the push up
pole and another tower.

IIX Equipment has pre-made assemblies that will work with most towers.
