TECHNICALS :
This No CounterPoise - Portable Antenna Antenna Aystem is
50 feet long and consists of a 25 foot long matching section
and an intregral 25 foot long radiator. The matching section
connects to your tuner or rig with internal tuner using high
quality, color-coded, gold-plated connectors. The Manual
provides complete details on how to use this Antenna.

NOTE - At 50 Feet this End-Fed Half-Wave Dipole Antenna
should be roughly Resonant at 9.35 MHz @ 31 Meter Band.

The Wire Antenna Element 'appears' to be Landscaping Cable
(Heavy Duty Zip Cord) that has Half of One Insulated Wire
Removed and the other Parallel Wire Full Length. Basically
like an End-Fed Dipole or "Zepp" Antenna.

FWIW - This type of "Zepp" Antenna is as old as Radio and is
best known as the "Zepp" Antenna named after the Zeppelin
Airships it was commonly used on.

The Zepp Antenna first saw daylight on the Graf Zeppelin
on it's round the world flight back in the late 1920's.

NOTE - These Antennas are a full length half wave dipoles,
but with an important difference. The coax connector is
at one end of the dipole, where it is most needed. These
Antennas can be mounted Horizontally, Vertically, Sloper
or as an Inverted "L Antenna (My Choice). No Ground Plane
or Counterpoise is needed. Portable operation could not
be easier. Simply hang the far end from a tree limb --
the coax is at the bottom. Hang it up in a hotel window
or string it up in the attic. End insulators are supplied
making suspension easy.
