I have several DD214's.
All of them have the word "Honorable" on them without exception or
qualifier.
Tsk, you could have HUNDREDS of DD-214 forms...all blank. Kinko's
and other printing services (such as "job printer" independents)
can do such work a minimal cost.
So far, none of us have seen "yours" as filled out by authorities.
A DD-214 (filled out by authorities) has always been, and remains,
a RELEASE FROM ACTIVE DUTY. It was NEVER a "discharge" document.
Each military branch of the United States has their own discharge
from all military service and those are different forms.
A close look at the upper right hand corner will show "Condition
of Release" as it pertains to the DD-214. That refers to the
RELEASE FROM ACTIVE DUTY. RELEASE, not discharge.
So far, none of us have been able to see what is on "yours."
Here's the drill:
1. Take your (filled out by authorities) DD-214 to a scanner.
If you had later changes to the DD-214, take along your
DD-215 form (filled out by authorities) as well.
2. If you have none of "yours" available, go to the NARA
website and order a duplicate (they have forms for doing
it by surface mail). The cost is minimal, even to one
on a disability pension.
3. Make the scanned digital copy file available for
inspection by anyone, either posting it to your home page
or sending it as an attachment to e-mail directly to
those requesting a copy.
Following that simple 3-step process fully will end the endless
foul invectives you've hurled at all those challengers in
trying to avoid showing the truth for seven years.
Failure to comply will only result in all of us affirming that
you are nothing but an Imposter, a scam artist, a con-man, a
poseur, an imitator who is casting dishonor on the Corps.
I don't think it matters anymore -- his ignorant blatherings are more
than enough evidence to prove that he was never a Devil Dog. And if he
should ever produce a DD-214 in the future, I wouldn't be convinced of
it's authenticity even if the CMC hand-delivered it to my door.
Roger that! I agree with you.
The game is over. He lost. Only one question remains..... what shall
be the disposition of Steve "Yellow Dog" Robeson?
His corpus is bio-degradable. That's all the suggestion I can
offer on "disposition." It might make suitable fertilizer for
something...?
Wait...here's a thought...teach him some Arabic, enough to get
along...strap on him as much explosive as he can carry, set him
loose among some extremist Muslim in the Middle East with orders
to go BOOM amongst them. Kind of a small payback for what those
extremist numb-nuts have been doing to us and good Muslims for
years. "Disposal" neatly solved (parts too small to recover).
Perhaps too Draconian for the lily-livered peacenik sissies in
here, though. Cancel that. Might be a waste of good C4 or RDX
and hook-up wire.
