The outputs are usually blown because someone shorted the speaker wires.
You can usually figure out that the finals and their drivers are damaged
with a DVM. Sometimes non-polar electrolytic capacitors in the feed-back
loop will be damaged. These will be in the 1 to 20 uF range. You might
also find a current steering diode or two blown in the higher output
amplifiers.
